I have to say he is quite genius with lyrics and whatnot but his voice is awful. :manson:

And I'm sure this was out last year... A re-issue?

Love this track. I think I liked it better when it was released last year though.

Should hopefully beat it's orignal peak when it's released tomorrow. :D

Yes it was, it was his first single peaked at 22

I love Jamie

Lyrically amazing, his voice may be a tad different but still excellent

Roll on the 3rd single from Beautiful World, the Gary Barlow ballad "I'd Wait For Life", all "Shine" is good for now is singing ELO's Mr Blue Sky over the top of.

They should be releasing 'Reach Out', that's the best one. :(

I agree, I can't get past that voice, it's like nails across a blackboard. Aaaaargh I can't stand it.

P Diddy is down 3 places, not 13 !

Yea, the voice is rough and unclear, but overall it sounds good.

Was out last year.

Is it just me or do JK and Joel ALWAYS say the numbers they've dropped wrong? They need to learn to Add and Subtract it's not difficult

Now I never knew either of those facts. :o

I knew Milian co-wrote 'Play' or something as they made a big deal out of it when her debut single came out in 2002.

But gawd does Jennifer actually sing on any of her songs at all?

Well this is why her credibility is in tatters right now. ^_^

Kaiser Chiefs make their triumphant return in 2007 with the brand new single 'Ruby’. The past year has seen the band who, despite not releasing any singles or an album this year continue to hoard awards like they were going 'out of fashion' - Ivor Novello, Brits and NME awards amongst others - as well as edging towards two million album sales in the UK.

'Ruby' follows the trajectory initiated by 'Oh My God' back in 2004, 'I Predict A Riot', and 'Modern Way' in 2005, whereby the Kaiser Chiefs wield their pop suss and uncanny knack of penning songs that tell their own story coupled with an unerring ear for brilliant melodies that oozes a band at the top of their game so much so that to many it may surpass much of their previous album. A band who have found their collective musical feet and who have managed to move on and make an album they wanted to make...and one they are immensely proud of! - HMV

I heard that, I was going to comment, but I give up on them, its like listening to Tweedledee & Tweedledum

I look forward to two year's time when I can enjoy "Ruby" again, because it has just been overplayed to my liking.
