I hate to say this but why is this still attracting media attention, its been going on for so long, the girl is not going to come back, I hate to say this, the girl is either dead or abducted.

Come on guys, wake up and smell the coffee. There is no way they're ever going to find her, it as pretty obvious from the begining. The world is home to 6.6 billion people, and searching for one little blonde girl is, frankly, quite impossible.

At the end of the day if she is still alive, she will of been made to look very diffrent and her abducters will be brainwashing her, she is so young so it probably wouldn't take much to convince her that the people she is with are her real parents.

Someone on a newspaper forum where I post says he has inside information from the police in Portugal, through a contact, and they know it's the parents but have to get more proof. They have blood results now from the apartment and their hired car and know she's dead, maybe an accident covered up. Expect an arrest or arrests soon. The cops are very clever and playing it smart and keeping their cards close to their chest. She was most likely dead on 3rd May. :(

Most likely just some sad person looking for attention mate. Don't believe it until the police themselfs actually confirm it.

 

Also, the police has confirmed the blood in the room was NOT Maddie's.

Blood found in the holiday apartment from which Madeleine McCann was snatched did not come from the missing girl, according to reports.

 

The reported results come at the end of a fortnight in which speculation has been rife that the little girl was murdered in the Praia da Luz apartment.

 

There have been numerous reports in the Portuguese media quoting anonymous police sources as saying detectives believe Madeleine died in the apartment the night she went missing.

 

Detectives officially acknowledged she could be dead for the first time on Saturday.

 

The McCanns have clung to the hope that their daughter is still alive during the 105 days since she vanished while they ate dinner with friends at a nearby restaurant.

 

But Madeleine's mother Kate has said that she would rather know her daughter was dead than remain in limbo for the rest of her life.

I honestly think it's sad how something like this could get so warped up onto a global scale. And I still believe there is more to her parents then what meets the eye.

It's funny, how that whoever did it, managed to go to a door, and luckily, for it to be unlocked and NO adults to be in there, and a kid(s) to be inside. Whoever did it must of known what they where doing.

And even if the parents wern't behind it, they're still to blame, what parent would leave a kid and 2 younger kids, unlocked in a room by themselves.

 

What if one hurt themselves, maybe (and as many times we hear it) a fire started? My mum, would NEVER do it, no matter how "safe" the enviroment was. (Well it cant of been that safe, something strange happened in that room :rolleyes:)

Spot on Josh, I am fukkin' SICK of hearing about this whole thing now, just find the kid already dead or alive so we can get on with our lives.... Here we are turning this one kid into a bloody GLOBAL obsession and we ignore all the kids who go missing in THIS country on a daily basis, I've personally seen pictures of missing kids aged 5 or 6 (more often than not black, asian, from working class backgrounds..) on bus shelters and tube stations AND THAT IS ALL YOU HEAR ABOUT THEM.... Disgusting really, why should we be singling out this particular kid...? Because she's white..? Because she's blonde..? Because she's from a "nice, respectable, middle-class family" (ha fukkin' ha.... <_< )..? Fukkin' bogus... EVERY kid who goes missing should be treated the same, if the kids I see posters for barely even merit a byline in the local rag, then I dont see what makes Maddie so special.....

I wouldn't say NEVER. I dunno if this case was covered over in Europe, but a while ago a girl named Elizabeth Smart was kidnapped over here and gone for something like a year if I can remember. They finally found her, though I must imagine her life was pretty f***ed up. Stil, this case is getting covered entirely too much. -_- I don't get the obsession.

I don't know why this is going on still. Frankly, im past caring. Why should one little girl who was abducted due to the negligance of her own parents be taking up so much press coverage around the world? What about the thousands of other girls & women every year that go through this; where is their campaign?

 

If you say something which isn't 110% sympathetic to Maddie you get ambushed as if it's wrong :confused: Of course it is a sad thing, but the only reason the case is so big is that her parents are trying to get sympathy by starting such a ludicrously big campaign, I mean meeting the pope ffs :rolleyes: what good is that going to do? it's not like he's seen her! It's understandable that the parents want to do all they can because it's their daughter [and their fault] but seriously, what about all the other people that go missing? why aren't their families meeting the pope, or attracting such attention?

I'm starting to find the parents odd. They always seem to be posing for photos, doing interviews for tv and magazines. I suppose they are trying to raise awareness but it's just the way they seem to pose all the times in the photos. I also do they need the money or something?

 

I hope they do find her safe and well but I don't know what the chances of that will be.

& finding out that you had no money left in your Account! Talk about making the

disappearance of his Daughter sound trivial!!!!! (Weird!!!).

 

By the way, you cannot go by what the UK Press/Media says on this matter,

as they have been almost 100% Pro Gerry & Kate, (the Parents), from the start.

Our Press have mis-reported many things in this Case.

 

Only the other day, 'The Sun', did a double Page spread on the Parents, &

it enlarged some, 'Messages Of Support', from its Web Site, & said that 38,000

Messages had been Posted by their Readers, in the Madeleine Thread, on their Site.

 

The IDEA was to make its Readers think that all 38,000 Messages were SUPPORTIVE

of Gerry & Kate - in fact, I have looked in the Madeleine Thread at the 'Sun' Site,

& many of the Messages condemn the Parents, & say they should get into trouble

for Child Neglect! 'The Sun' did not mention that - only that 38,000 Messages had

been added to its Madeleine Thread! Right from the start our Media has tried to

make out that virtually everyone in the UK is 100% FOR the Parents, & see nothing

wrong, with the fact that they went out night after night drinking & eating at the

Tapas Bar - leaving their 3 Toddlers in bed.

 

'The Mirror' said that the Parents had received '20,000 Letters of Support', & Hundreds

Of Thousands' of supportive E-mails - it never said how many were actually condemning

the Parents! There would have been THOUSANDS of Anti Gerry & Kate Messages, as

one recent UK Poll showed that over 70% of people think that Gerry & Kate were WRONG

to leave their 3 Children, to go out to the Tapas Bar - you'd never guess this, from the

way our Press tries to make out that we ALL support Gerry & Kate!

 

On the Internet, many, many Forums remove any Threads that dare to criticise

the Parents - in any way - Channel 4 Forums allows a Madeleine Thread to last only a

few Days - then they are deleted if anyone dares to say that Gerry & Kate are

neglectful Parents. The UK Press ONLY Publishes Letters that praise the Parents,

or that wishes them well - it pretends that no one sends any in, that say the Parents did a

bad thing, by leaving their 3 Children in bed, while they went out.

 

Instead, the UK Press, tries to make out that we ALL agree with Gerry & Kate's

excuse - that the Tapas Bar is 'so close' to their Holiday Apartment, that it was

no different to, 'Sitting out in your own garden, while the children are in bed indoors'.

THAT is the excuse that the McCanns & the UK Press tries to make out that we ALL

And the facts are that if this had been some single mum on an estate going across the road to the local pub, the press sure as sh"t would not be leaping to their defence....

 

Frankly, I think the police investigation has been hampered by two things - the completely OTT Press coverage and the fact that the fukkin' McCann's involvement in the police investigation is a total hinderance rather than a help.. The Portuguese police are being led up blind alleys and chasing false leads which have been generated by the press.. Some tw@t sees a blonde girl in sodding MOROCCO, all of a sudden it becomes a "sighting", the media start prying intot the private life of Robert Murat, all of a sudden he becomse a Prime Suspect... The Media ARE NOT HELPING THIS INVESTIGATION AT ALL...... And the McCann's seem to be so concerned with jetting off around the world and hogging all the attention for themselves, it kinda makes you wonder if they actually want to find their daughter or not....
