May 19, 200718 yr I think youve got some kind of bizarre personal vendetta against them because half your points are complete poo! They dont sound as though they have no genuine interest in the chart at all - in fact, they come across as chart nerds! Always have little random useless facts and stuff, they come across as really enthusiastic ^_^ Random useless facts...most of which are completely wrong  And chart nerds wouldn't say songs had dropped when they had climbed or make other mistakes like that on a regular basis -_- Mark Goodier was the ultimate
May 19, 200718 yr I honestly dont know why they got so much hate from people on here. Theyre fine at their job - and if you were under the pressure of presenting a live radio show you would make just as many mistakes!
May 19, 200718 yr I honestly dont know why they got so much hate from people on here. Theyre fine at their job - and if you were under the pressure of presenting a live radio show you would make just as many mistakes! Mark Goodier (hell, even WES!) never made these sorts of mistakes, let alone on a weekly basis! As any actor will tell you, when you do a job like that on a week-in, week-out basis, you stop making these sorts of mistakes after a while (and let's face it, some of the mistakes they make are really AMATEUR :() or you'd learn to have last week's chart in front of you, and prepare this week's chart so that you have how far it fell/climbed next to it and don't make silly mistakes! The fact that they STILL don't seem to have learned to avoid them shows that they are totally unsuited to presenting a show like that
May 19, 200718 yr Theyre hardly dramatic mistakes! I can live with being told a song climbed 2 when it actually fell 2, a couple of times in one week  But whatever, some people just wont ever be happy till the first decent presenters of the chart show in years have been needlessly driven out.

Always have little random useless facts and stuff, they come across as really enthusiastic ^_^ Errr, no!!. I am NOT talking complete "poo", they act like a bunch of t**** forced to do their job with no interest. If they were "chart nerds", they'd get their facts right, but make tons of amterurish mistakes. They get past chart facts wrong concerning an artist for a start. And good on ya Tyron, they're complete tw*ts and Mark Goodier was the best. Edited May 19, 200718 yr by Marcus
May 20, 200718 yr Author B)-->QUOTE(Dave B @ May 19 2007, 02:35 PM) 1083060[/snapback]All DJs seem to think they have a sense of humour. Ask them to play you a novelty record, they turn white with fear and tell you they can't as it's not on the playlist. I've never understood why this happens. Yeah, they only play them on "Destruct-a-disc", or that "Smash and grab" game they used to have. I hate novelty records, but it's time we used one to annoy those two morons.
May 20, 200718 yr Those two clowns have forced me to stop lsitening and following the chart on here. It is so frustrating that I wouldn't even consider myself a HUGE chart freak but I know a hell of a lot more than those losers and I'm sick of hearing their stupid banter and 'predictions' and all the c**p they talk - thinking they're so big and wonderful when they get a position wrong every other damn week or announce a song wrong or whatever.
May 20, 200718 yr Congrats to J K and Joel for being cool about playing this. And now everyone starts being nice about them...
May 20, 200718 yr If JK and Joel are reading this thread.... .........you are the worst chart presenters ever. Even worse than Wes.
May 20, 200718 yr I LOVED Wes :o Jk and Joel make me feel a little sick, especially the one that has a rather large head.
May 20, 200718 yr That prediction thing? I thought he was cute and his name was funny - and at least he didn't make mistakes and actually used relevant facts and could conduct an interview properly. I was disgusted when they axed him for the current clowns and yes I hope you do read thiscos you're big headed t**** and a goat on steroids could present the chart better.
May 20, 200718 yr Maybe JK & Joel will use this site more often for tipping future #1s or big hit singles. Because them predicting The Fray as a future #1 was embarrassing. To be honest JK & Joel are good entertaining DJ's when they have been presenting other shows on Radio 1. But they aren't up to scratch presenting the Chart show IMHO.
