June 20, 200718 yr I can't believe Rihanna's continued success.....6 weeks at No.1 for such a NOTHING song. Typical hip-hop dirge with the obligatory rap from whatever rapper was hanging round the studio that day and it's been No.1 for longer than soooo many classic songs :( Thank heavens! Somebody speaks some sense. I was going to ask why was everyone going crazy about this very ordinary song but thought I'd better not in case I got lynched. We are in the minority though - I think 99% of posters on this forum think this is the best song they've ever heard. Maybe I'm getting old. Having said that - at least its better than Paul McCartney's latest offering. Kathy
June 20, 200718 yr Hmm I have read on Simon Webbe's website that he is no.18 in the midweeks...I think someone's lying. The only thing I can think of is that is his physical position but without downloads will be a lot lower? Well it would be so good to think he was 18, but I really doubt it as nothing has been said on here other than he's not top 40.

Either that or 18 is his physicals position..? Edited June 20, 200718 yr by Jark

June 20, 200718 yr I see. Thank you. The post was apparently posted by Alex Reid, the lead guitarist on RTS saying it was currently 18 and asking to keep up the support. But as forums are not very reliable for true identity I trust this site more than that, but I was kinda hoping it was true as 80+1 is awful beyond comprehension. I know RTS is a bit odd but Grace is absolute quality and does not deserve to flop in the way it looks like it is. Poor guy, even Costa made it into top 20, but that was before the stupid download rules came in.
