June 30, 200718 yr Author :cry: And its all over Overall a great Season 3, the last 3 episodes made the series for me, a couple odd ones in the middle, but overall I enjoyed the series, one slight disappointment for me has to be the new companion Martha Jones. The last episode was great overall 10/10, and is the Master really gone :o I don't think so, the ending left a treat for us. If it wasn't for Torchwood, I think Jack would have made an addition as a companion. Tom Milligan was the doctor in Eastenders. And what's with the Titanic :o :lol: at the end

Martha being so good (and she was in the last two episodes) and having such an important role The Master dying - and someone with red fingernails (Saxons wife?) taking his ring The Titanic at the end?! 10/10 - best episode of the series.
June 30, 200718 yr that ring is gonna be a big part of series 4 I can smell, maybe the wife isn't who she seems to be and the Doctor's hand, still lumbering around with him. And I wish they'd stop going with the WHAT? WHAT? finishes for Xmas -_-

The "Death" of the Master except for his Mrs picking up his ring... But the cop out of time going backwards to pretend all these events never happened was a major disappointment. Was I the only one who heard the nation collectively groan at this plot development? The Titanic = Xmas Special + Kylie???? :thinking: Roll on Xmas!

I was a bit underwhelmed by the backtrack in time, does that mean the TARDIS just magically fixed itself from the paradox machine, if that got fixed why didn't everyone on the ship -_- Kylie is so obviously Doctor Who's Kate Winslet :lol:
June 30, 200718 yr Well DT & Julie Gardner have just confirmed, on Dr Who Confidential tonight, that Martha will now be a "part-time" companion in Series 4. I've just had a thought, maybe the Master & his Mrs switched bodies before the Master('s body) was "killed"?

June 30, 200718 yr Very good episode, nice surprise at the end too. Freema was excellent in this episode, she has got better as the series progressed. I'm glad we haven't seen the last of her, part-time companion is as good as anything. Quite emotional with the Master's 'death', but bad guys never stay dead for long. Hence the ring at the end. That's got to be a clue to the master's fate. Anyway a good episode, i'll give it 9/10. Bring on the xmas special, although i'm not so sure about having Kylie in it though.
