Not looking for further information here...just an expert opinion!

Does it look like Shirley Bassey will stay Top 75 for Sunday, seeing as it's probably the kind of song her fanbase have already bought?

To be honest I really can't tell, as I'm looking at Tuesday's sales and they seem to be really low, if I had figures for today, I would be able to see if sales have improved. At the moment she could be missing out on a top 40 hit.

Drat, :(

Kate Nash's single is a future classic (like Pulp's Common People), whilst that Timbaland single is not very good by his standards. To think Say It Right only made #11, yet that rubbish song with a J Lo soundalike is going to be #1 & its title annoys me as it is grammatically incorrect.

To think Say It Right only made #11

the peak was # 10 ;)

Timbaland has the better track. Or tracks even, because he has a killer remix out too.

DEAR GOD expect The Simpson's Theme from the movie to enter the chart come Sunday, #18 in less than a day on iTunes :/

What makes this worse is that its a 1:23 INSTRUMENTAL PIECE [or so from the clip it would seem]. The first instrumental to enter the top 40 chart this week then? :o

I'd expect Rihanna, Plain White T's and Newton Faulkener to continue climbing as well ;o

Do Pigbag have the best selling instrumental?. That track was pretty mint.

how could you even suggest that dire offering from Kate Nash is even as good as Pulp B-side never mind Common People?

No, Telstar by Tornadoes in the early 60's will have sold far more than Pigbag. Also Eye Level by Simon Park Orchestra in 1973. Both No.1's.

And Amazing Grace  The Pipes & Drums & Military Band of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards 5wks at #1

Aw Timbaland up to #1 :(

It's better than the awful "Give it to me", but it's still not good...

At least Kate can say she's been #1 in the UK... for one day lol

I want Rihanna back at #1! lol

Very glad for Garbage being top5!

And Amazing Grace  The Pipes & Drums & Military Band of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards 5wks at #1

Thanks Mikey. Remembered that when I got in to bed last night.

Or pretty much any song by The Shadows....."Wonderful Land" holds the record for an instrumental - 8 weeks at No.1.

I hope Groove Armada and Mutya can sneak into the Top 5 :( And Timbo can keep #1.

Oh, and amazing to see Garbage's GH in the Top 5! ^_^

AWESOME!

So glad Timbaland is @1

Might just go and download a few more to help :D

I don't understand why Kate's song is so popular.

All she does it talk with a keyboard.
