August 18, 200717 yr All these reality programs that show sob stories are getting so cheesey, it's like you know as soon as the piano music kicks the person their about to show will definetly go through. Regardless of her sob story her performance was one of the best I have EVER heard on X Factor auditions She got through on talent not anything else
August 18, 200717 yr Why the hell did they let through that old women who "played" the "invisible instruments"?!
August 18, 200717 yr what was the point of Dermot? :( he was never there to give a shoulder to cry on  Bring back Kate :cheer: and keep Fearne  and quote of the week goes to The Xtra Factor If I get further, I'll show the public more of my meat loaf
August 18, 200717 yr Author  I was saying to my mum, I prefer Fearn to Dermot, I was expecting more from him. :/
August 18, 200717 yr I don't see how Dannii has added much yet, to be honest from what we saw today, I reckon Brian was doing a better job at actually offering advice to the hopefuls, his only downfall was that he had no idea how to respond when he was being attacked.
August 18, 200717 yr That's a joke? Brian of comments such as 'All the time you were singing I just had Mariah in my head, thats like one of my favourite songs!'?
August 18, 200717 yr To be honest, as a first episode I didn't think it was great. The 14 year old girl and the woman at the end were both very good and could both go far in the contest however, at the end of every single X Factor Audition Episode in history, the last audition is always at the end of the day and it is always someone who has a sob story. Whilst the 14 year old girl wasn't at the end of the episode, she did rather waffle on about how she 'supposedly' almost died when it actual fact she simply had her appendix taking out. I never wanted Kate to be replaced as Presenter and even if she had quit or had to be replaced, I would much rather she was replaced by the great Xtra Factor Presenter Fearne Cotton who is so lively, fun, energetic, bubbly, charismatic and a great Presenter who is far better than Dermot O'Leary who I didn't once see consult any of the hopefuls unlike the fantastic best female Presenter on TV miss Kate Thornton. Also, I don't really understand those who audition on Xtra Factor as the waiting room always looks much quieter and smaller and none of the auditionees ever get past boot camp.
August 18, 200717 yr Author Kate was c**p, and she's gone. Face it. Although I found that Xtra Factor alot more entertaining the the X-Factor itself tonight. ^_^
August 18, 200717 yr First episode was rubbish. I couldn't give a $h!t about the judges, I would rather watch the auditions.
August 19, 200717 yr Kate was c**p, and she's gone. Face it. Although I found that Xtra Factor alot more entertaining the the X-Factor itself tonight. ^_^ I agree, Fearne was excellent especially regarding her comments to Louis' sacking 'Was he just on holiday for the London auditions and you thought it would be a good publicity stunt' she said to Simon or something to that effect
August 19, 200717 yr Aparntly Louis is unhappy with his Cateory for this season of X Factor (it was on digital spy) I reckon he has got the 14-24 year old girls.
August 19, 200717 yr I did not watch yesterday's episode but did it go along the lines of: Hopeless first few performances = Simon says "I'm really worried now...this series might flop, there's no talent so far"... ...followed by a sob story and a 'great' performence... ... ...some more good performances... ...then time for some silly performances.... ...followed by an arrogant chav... ...and finally another sob story and good performance to finish the show.... <_< :D
August 19, 200717 yr One thing you really missed Rich, was an old lady, was put through for her invisible instruments, and lack of singing, I think she applied for the wrong show, she probably though she was on Britain's Got Talent :drama:
August 19, 200717 yr According to the Star Simon will make the Xmas number 1 a 3 horse race, pitting Leona & Shayne against the new winner. If true it shows what a greedy greedy man Simon is & how much he realy thinks of his previous winners.
August 19, 200717 yr shame the Spice Girls will wipe the floor with all of them :smoke: or Steve Brookstein
August 19, 200717 yr I forgot about Steve Brookestein Spice Girls aer'nt realising a single are they?
