I was on the radio 1 show once... i was on the Generetor on fearne and regie

I love Fearne, so it's all good. Nihal is great too. ^_^

Doesn't really affect me as I never listen to Radio 1, but 'the teen zone' sounds awful.

 

Ever since John Peel died Radio 1 bosses have taken the p*** in what was traditionally a time you could turn on radio 1 and find something good to listen to. Sticking Colin Murray in as the indie Chris Moyles was bad enough.

She's ok as a children's TV presenter but she is too annoying for anything else. I can see them making a mess of things like JK and Joel. Also, do we really need two presenters?

Hopefully there'll have a new producer too

Kelly Osbourne is a first class DICK!! She's just a stupid airhead that doesn't know anything about anything.

 

I love Fearne Cotton however, although it won't convince me to listen in (because most of the stuff in the charts is pure toilet anyway).

 

And if this teen zone starts at 7pm to Midnight on Sundays, where does that leave Dave Pearce 'Dance Anthems?'

A Friday night from 11pm - 1am

JK & Joel no longer doing the chart show countdown = Good Times.

 

Fearne Cotton & Reggie Yates doing the chart show countdown = Bad Times.

 

So it looks like I'll have to stick to listening to Radio 5 Live between 4PM & 7PM on Sunday & watch the countdown on BuzzJack.

 

... and as for hiring Dick & Dom & the no talent zone that is Kelly Osbourne = Why???? :puke2:

Kelly Osbourne is good, I like her. She'll be good for the Surgery, very 'in touch' with the young kids of today. ^_^

Ferne's gonna be dead what with X Factor saturday nights and then having to be up for the Sunday. Could be worse - could be sunday mornings!

I hope the new hosts will play all 40 songs when they take over the show next month

I won't knock them until we hear them though - they strike me as being more together on music and the charts than the current two losers.

JK and Joel, the current hosts of the early breakfast show and Radio 1's Chart Show will leave the station after three and a half years with the station. Trophy Twins will leave Radio 1 after two years with the station.
