September 9, 200717 yr On A Buzzjack note.. Does the fact that in the AF forums we have chart runs (Usually) mean that they will haveto be taken down?

September 9, 200717 yr Well, I guess I am basing that on the poor sales of singles these days - it would be only logical to assume that there is less interest in the chart? I dont agree, sales are better now with the inclusion of downloads than they were before. About 1.25 million sales a week, which is back to similar levels seen in 2000/1. Its just because most of the sales every week are downloads, they are spread over a lot more songs and so the no.1 only sells 30-40,000. Though I think people are just as interested in the charts as ever. Edited September 9, 200717 yr by fiesta

September 9, 200717 yr Not sure, Jonny. Ok thanks.. I dont agree with the OCCs rules here... if someone wants to keep chart runs then let them.. i know a site were 1 person posts top 200 runs and has done for years now... He has spent a lot of time doing that and i know he would be upset if the $h!tty occ deleted all his work..

September 9, 200717 yr As fans of the respective artists, the AF mods quite OBVIOUSLY note down the chart runs on paper and keep their own records anyway :D

September 11, 200717 yr Bunch of swines. I thought that might have happened. How ridiculous, no profit was being made.
September 13, 200717 yr I dont agree, sales are better now with the inclusion of downloads than they were before. But the charts are much more interesting than the boring charts from 1995 to 2005
