So far, only Robyn has broken the curse of leaping from number 5 on downloads to number 1 on physical release, not number 2.

 

Victims of the curse include Rihanna (SOS), Killers (When You Were Young) and now 50 Cent and JT (Ayo Technology).

 

Well done Robyn the curse breaker! How many more scalps will this curse claim? Have I missed any more examples?
