October 6, 200717 yr more leagues than the Premier League thankfully. Time that European matches were forced to all be on Tuesday/Wednesdays to stop messing up domestic football fixtures <_> Agreed on both counts. I'm a Brighton fan (we've just drawn 0-0) so I follow League One in particular but I'm interested in all leagues (including the Conference and below). There's no chance of UEFA Cup matches being moved to Tuesdays and Wednesdays because it would affect television revenue. TV channels won't be prepared to pay much (if anything) to show a match which is played at the same time as Champions League matches.
October 6, 200717 yr Result for Brighton for you then to complete the monitored results for the lower leagues in this thread: - Brighton 0-0 Bristol Rovers. Table positions. League One: - Carlisle are on 3rd. Hartlepool 8th Brighton 9th Leeds 12th. League 2: - Darlington 3rd. Edited October 6, 200717 yr by Flatcap
