November 2, 200717 yr I used to swim all the time, Then I started smoking and it all went to pot. I'm hoping to start again soon though. It's better then some sports. It's properly my 2nd fave after Tennis. :)

November 7, 200717 yr How many hours do you train? Andrew has 7.5 hours available a week which isnt much to what some clubs do. He got 56.80 LC in 100 free and 24.50 LC for 50 free, He is trying to get a 55 but just cant get down. Hope you get to break the minute soon.Good Luck.

Its never to late. :D I was when I nearly drowned. :P Was in a school swimming lesson, practising my 25 metres when I slipped at the edge of the deep end. Ironically it was after the lesson on how to SAVE someone, so noone bloomin believed me :angry: when I was sinking away

Hope you get to break the minute soon.Good Luck. i have 18 available 2 me, but only do 14/16 a week coz i work at the weekend so miss my sunday session. most folk my age in england are getting 24hours a weekso it hard 2 compete with them at times. how old is you son? im 18 and can only do a 56LC. i haven't even broken 27LC yet :lol: im more of a distance swimmer lol!!!! that sum minute is gonna be hard as fuk, especially as i have 2 months 2 loose my cold, get properly fit, start running again and acclimatise to weights. and people thing other sports get it hard :rolleyes:
