I think she'll EASILY do 100k next week, and if so that means she's the best selling single of the year and in only 3 weeks. :o I didn't even think she'd make it to #1 considering she left the video and promotion so late and i'm so amazed at how well she's doing, I wasn't so sure about how the album would do either but her breathtaking performance of The First Time I Ever Saw Your Face has pretty much secured it to sell by the boatload in my opinion. #1? Maybe not because she has a lot of competition (isn't she up against the Spice Girls GH that week...?) so she'll have to settle for #2 but no doubt there will be huge sales all round.

 

Don't get me wrong I love the Spice Girls but personally I hope Leona takes them to the cleaners. :lol: Afterall, Leona needs the success a lot more than they do. ^_^

Oh, there's no doubt at all her album will massively outsell the Spices - X-Factor albums have a habit of massive initial sales.

I think she'll easily outsell the Spice girls. There's also a Led Zeppelin Best Of next Monday too which will sell well.

Agreed. Will's and Gareth's sales were huge for their initial few singles.

Back when they came out sales were higher in general. And none of them got £5million 5-album recording contracts right off the bat, or US releases. Leona has all the talent she needs to succeed, as well as the looks, and a lot of influential people behind her. I can just tell she's going to be a huge international star in a few years.

I think its in the bag that she'll crack the States. She's got a powerful voice, not my preferred style of singing, but millions of people like that sound. She's good looking and she seems pretty sensible. She's also got Simon Cowell and Clive Davis behind her so she cannot lose.

I think they will be very high and i see the album selling well in the long run! I'm actually really, really looking forward to the album!
