Posted November 30, 200717 yr so anyone got an idea of what the top 10 could be for christmas here's my for example i don't know what's going on with X factor but i'll take it being number 1 1-X factor Winner 2-leona lewis - bleeding love 3-sugababes - change 4-shaun the sheep 5-timbaland 6-mariah carey - all i want for christmas 7-pogues - fairytale of NY 8-slade - merry christmas everyone 9-T2 - heartbroken 10-take that - rule the world i might change it again but i have a feeling it might look like this i might be wrong Edited November 30, 200717 yr by Kid Justice
November 30, 200717 yr I would have placed Connie Talbot in the top ten, but she's had almost no media coverage or airplay at all for her single(released this coming Monday). Otherwise I think youve got it almost right, not totally sure about Slade. Edited November 30, 200717 yr by Olympus
November 30, 200717 yr I hope the Sugas get in there- that would be great! The way they are going, it looks very likely to be top 5 by Christmas!
November 30, 200717 yr Soulja boy is guaranteed to be in there. Malcolm Middleton might be in there...probably a better chance of that than Timbaland or T2 hanging around till then. Also, I think you're being silly about the number of old Christmas songs in there. Yes, some may get back in the top 40 but I don't think any of them will be top 10. They aren't being re-released and people already have a lot of them (or are quite rightly sick to death of them).

November 30, 200717 yr 1-X factor Winner 2-leona lewis - bleeding love 3-sugababes - change 4-shaun the sheep 5-timbaland 6-mariah carey - all i want for christmas 7-pogues - fairytale of NY 8-slade - merry christmas everyone 9-T2 - heartbroken 10-take that - rule the world Nothing like that for certain! I think Take That, T2 and Timbaland will be out and 'Change' wont go top 5 either.
November 30, 200717 yr No Soulja Boy?! I think it's almost certain to be at least top 3, probably No.2.
November 30, 200717 yr 1. Rhydian 2. Leona 3. Soulja Boy 4. Mariah Carey 5. Shaun The Sheep 6. Girls Aloud 7. The Pogues 8. T2 9. Sugababes 10. Timbaland It would be nice if Cascada were top 10 somewhere though! Slade aren't even on iTunes so they need to get that sorted pronto if they want to get into the chart
November 30, 200717 yr 1. X Factor 2. Mariah Carey - Her sales will no doubt rocket as it gets even closer. 3. Leona Lewis 4. Pogues 5. Sugababes I think Shaun The Sheep may just be a bit overpredicted in this, it won't do better than last years Lazytown.
November 30, 200717 yr I think the Sugababes will get Top 3 with Change. It's already Top 40, and they've got a pretty hectic promo schedule lined up. :D
November 30, 200717 yr 1) X Factor 2) Sugababes - Change 3) Soulja Boy - Crank Dat (Soulja Boy) 4) Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love 5) Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas
November 30, 200717 yr Oh and my prediction: 01. X Factor - When You Believe 02. Soulja Boy - Crank That (Soulja Boy) 03. Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love 04. Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You 05. The Pogues & Kirsty MacColl - Fairytale Of New York 06. Sugababes - Change 07. Timbaland featuring OneRepublic - Apologize 08. Shaun The Sheep - Life's A Treat 09. Girls Aloud - Call The Shots 10. Cascada - What Hurts The Most ...or something like that. Edited November 30, 200717 yr by superbossanova

Slade aren't even on iTunes so they need to get that sorted pronto if they want to get into the chart Strange - they were last year. And I assume that I've imagined the three entries for Merry Xmas Everybody that are by Slade on iTunes aren't actually there.
November 30, 200717 yr Malcolm Middleton is download only isn't it? Surely none of the D/L only songs like the old Christmas ones can get top 5?
November 30, 200717 yr And what about the Strictly Come Dancing song that was rumoured last week? Any news on a release date for that ManicKangaroo, please?
November 30, 200717 yr I'd have thought The Killers will have a better chance than they majority of Xmas songs. People already have all the oldies but this is a newie. I'd love Malcolm to be there too. And Soulja Boy will easily be atleast top 5.
November 30, 200717 yr 01. X Factor 02. Soulja Boy 03. Sugababes [if Girls Aloud can get #4 with their Tiffany massacre - this should do well. Then again what do the UK public know about taste? See my top 2!] 04. Leona Lewis 05. Pogues 06. Shaun The Sheep 07. Mariah Carey 08. Cascada 09. T2 10. Take That Slade + Wham top 20 as well possibly.
