Cheryl has said they are going to see if the album and tour goes well and then discuss whether to split up or do another album. Nadine has a restaruant in LA doing well and the girls said in 2006 on 'Off The Record' that things arent going to last forever.
December 4, 200717 yr :o the sugas have been around since 1998 and they have never talked about splitting up. it would b a shock to me if they went quietly. i always saw them ending abruptly with 1 member throwing a tantrum an telling the rest 2 get f***ed.

December 5, 200717 yr Author heatworld adores Girls Aloud, so every time we hear rumours suggesting that they’re about to split up we tend to ignore it and hope that it goes away. A method that’s worked well so far. But now the girls themselves have suggested that their future is uncertain (nooooooooo!!!), claiming in an interview that they are considering splitting up after their tour in May next year. Cheryl made a particularly worrying comment, “We'll see how this album [Tangled Up]goes, then sit down and have a conversation about the next stage. All we can say for definite is that we'll be together up to the end of the tour.” Meanwhile, Nadine didn’t do anything to reassure us, saying she’s not considering the future of the band beyond the current album. “If the tour doesn't sell well, we'll have to have a conversation about where we go next,” she admitted. Doesn’t sound good really, does it? It looks uncertain :(
