I don't see the DJing as anything mord than quick cash tbh. She was DJing a work confrence the other day, the pics were on Spice Circle of it and it was embarrassing. Everyone was ignoring her and weren't even looking at her.

This. Nothing the girls do in terms of projects is embarrassing. What I find embarrassing is doing something for the sake of pleasing the fans, when your heart is not in it. Kudos to Melanie for declining to reunite with the girls many times, and power to her for accepting when the time was right (see the triumphant 2019 reunion tour).

Why was it "embarrassing"? Because she did a corporate gig, something that most popstars crave to do? Because she earned good money while doing something she loves and is passionate about? Good for her.
