Hmm I wonder if she's going to try and release some of her solo stuff in the US once she's done with the Spice Girls?? I can see Carolyna being a big hit over here.

I reckon this indicates she will do solo song(s) on tour cuz otherwise she wouldn't be rehearsed for a solo show... She might ahve several solo songs prepared to sing a different one each night of the tour. Maybe!

Hopefully the first night, she will sing some vintage mel c stuff, none of her last 2 albums, please... not a fan :P

Sorry for my absence of late, been a tad busy with my old mates the Spice Girls! The tour is going great - we're all enjoying it so much.

We're back in LA now and, as you probably already know, being crazy fools, me, Greg, Paul and Nick have decided to do a little acoustic set on our day off tonight. We're going to be playing at a lovely little club called The Mint. I can't wait, it's going to be loads of fun and maybe I'll get a chance to play some other cities along the way.

I wish she would concentrate more on the spice girls - I reckon the other girls would want a totally new album and to carry on if it wasnt for mel

 

although mel is the best singer of all of them but she could stop for a year or 2

i dont think they want to do another new album at all but i do agree mel c is probably the least interested but im glad she is keeping the solo stuff going as i love her solo material

Melanie C has confirmed that she is planning to settle down and have kids within the next few years.

 

The singer admitted that she is feeling broody after spending time with the children of her bandmates backstage during the girls' world tour.

 

"I want to be a mum in the next few years. But it hasn't been the right time yet," Mel told The Sun.

 

"I am enjoying the other girls' children. They are really lovely kids, from the little babies, to Phoenix and Brooklyn. And I can give them back at the end of the day. They are lovely and I'll have me own one day."

Mel C to have tattoos removed

Mel C has decided that she will have all ten of her tattoos removed once the Spice Girls reunion tour is over.

 

The singer has vowed to pay £10,000 for laser surgery to remove the images, which remind her of her battles with anorexia and depression.

 

Mel's tattoos include a Celtic cross on her left arm, a phoenix across her shoulders and a flower on her lower back.

 

A source told the News of the World: "Mel is determined to have her tattoos removed as soon as the tour is over because they remind her of all her unhappy times. It's going to be a massive job and very painful but she thinks it's worth it.

 

"Having to parade around the stage every night in tiny costumes has encouraged her to make the decision."

I was going to say, just because people get tattoos to commemerate hard times in their life doesn't have to mean everytime they look at them they're forever depressed and unhappy, it's probably nice to look back during better days and think how far you'd come. Getting such tattoos can actually be a huge step towards healing the pain.

 

And it does say 'a source told News of The World' so I don't believe the story for a second.

If its true then I say its up to her and whatever makes her happy :)
