Unfortunately the Brits committee refuse to nominate the Sugababes for an award that they deserve 2 win. yet almost every year since 2000 they have been nominated for best british single :rolleyes:

PATHETIC ... you're just adding fuel to the Girls Aloud/Sugababes debate, i could maybe understand your comment if both girl groups were up for the same award but they're not - so leave it out. Anyway, AYN is one of the best songs of 2007 but they wont win, either will Girls Aloud although they do deserve it just to show the indie acts that pop can be celebrated and appreciated too. January 14, 200817 yr F1mad behaviour is quite unacceptable for a mod. He's supposed to calm down the arguments, and all he does is starting new ones by bitching at GA. What's the point to put the "talentless" GA in the first post of a thread about the Brits in the SB forum. That's just free provocation. I will refer it to the admins, coz now it's really too much IMO. :(
January 14, 200817 yr Simon - nobody has to be talented to do well. :lol:! But GA are. They can actually sing live very well, and even if they don't write their own material they pick decent producers (or sadly just one producer lately).

I was surprised to hear someone say they were talentless, surely 5 years down the line the word talentless does not some up their achievements. And i'm sorry but Tangled up is a better album than Change and Girls Aloud have generally been the bigger group this year. I still love the sugababes though and hope they win best single.
