The music mogul recently expressed his concerns about the singer's welfare, advising her to get help from her mother. However, Cowell has now adopted a sceptical attitude towards Britney's antics, accusing her of manipulating the media with constant "stunts". "Everyone thinks it's breakdown this and breakdown that. From the kind of stunts she's pulling now, I think she is the puppet master and completely in control," Cowell told PageSix.com. "I really felt for her at one point, I thought she was heading for a meltdown and everything was out of control, but, especially over the past week, I thought she was honestly in control and, more to the point, wants to be in control. "If you don't want to get any press attention, just keep your head down, don't drive yourself anywhere and sit in the back of blacked-out limousine. But if she thinks she knows what she is doing, then good luck to her."

January 22, 200817 yr I agree ^ she wouldn't be acting her breakdown very well if she burst out laughing through it. Surely if it was all planned, she wouldn't do that.

January 24, 200817 yr Where I don't doubt that she isn't in a fit state right now, there's no doubt that she plays it up. Like when she made herself bald, she did it in busy place filled with windows and kept checking to see if there were cameras there. Though I doubt she's idiotic enough to ose her kids over $h!t like this
January 26, 200817 yr i can understand why he'd think that. she talks about not wanting paparazzi everywhere and then she goes & invites a load of them into her home and even starts dating one of them. then she does small things like going out to the shop to fetch something. send your assistant to get it instead, britney. although, i do think she's mentally unstable and needs help immedietley.
