August 8, 200816 yr Heath's more liked when he's dead, doesn't say alot for his acting ability, really...
October 18, 200816 yr Actors for drama: - Dustin Hoffman - Gerard Depardieu - Leonardo Di Caprio (big exception: Titanic) - Robert de Niro - Alan Rickman - Sidney Poitier Actors for comedy (I like very few comedy actors, as i think many exagerate their body movement and face mimic to make it funny - which I absolutely hate): - Charlie Chaplin - Michael J Fox - Johnny Depp
October 19, 200816 yr Heath's more liked when he's dead, doesn't say alot for his acting ability, really... Frankly, I think that's a bit of a daft post, as is Richie's.... But then, by the same token I dont feel that that he should be over-estimated purely because he died.. I look at Ledger's body of work and make my judgement there..... Ned Kelly, Two Hands, Candy, Brokeback Mountain, Lords of Dogtown, The Dark Knight.... All great performances, so I judge him to be a very capable, talented actor who can turn his hand to a variety of roles..... The fact that he was involved in a fair few Aussie productions post-Hollywood fame as well kind of speaks to the fact that he wasn't just some Hollywood prat who forgot his roots....
