Is hands open getting a release as a single,im just after seeing the video for it played on cahnnel 6 here in ireland,has anyone herad anything??

i dont get why they would make a video then not release it

I'm not sure if they will release. If they want to release it they need to be in the UK to promote it. Eyes open is 2 years old now and I'm not sure if they would release anymore tracks from there.

with the album still selling ans still in the charts i think there is scope for a single i know the isngle wouldnt bu a big hit but it would do ok but more importantly it willsell the album again

 

 

people are still buying chasing cars so another single they would still buy

Signal Fire was their biggest hit going by its peak position, but they haven't done a followup

ya def there highest peak with signal fore i wonder when they return can they manage a number 1??

but first the have to do something new and from what i know they wont do somethnig very soon.

they are not in studio, they are not writting so who knows.

i think it will be mid 2009 at the earliest before we get anything new but they deserve a break as they workded their asses of for years without a break

i think the enxt album wil be toured worldwide an dthats prob why they aretaking such a break thsi time

 

my only worry about them taking a very long break is sometimes fans desert bands,travis are a prime example of a band who had 2 huge albums then took a break and got a very lukewarn reception when they returned,on sayig that when they did return the album was disappointing

 

if snow patrol take a long break they really needd to come back with a very strong lead single who they may suffer low album sales

I doubt this will be released now...Cause aparently SP are back in the studio recording a new album
