Why else did Saira lose out to Tim (who Suralan said he chose as the winner 'because of his likeness to himself" - sound familiar?) in Season 1? Why else did The Badger lose out to pushover Michelle in Season 2? Why else did feisty Kristina lose out to the plank of wood that is Simon last year?

Even Margaret has called him a "complete waste of space", I'd think she'd put up a huge fight to try and persuade Sirallun not to take him on.

I just don't understand Sugar categorically denying that the decisions had been made when asked by JR on his show. Because the only way Sugar could get out of this with an ounce of credibility is by saying that the makers were behind the disastrous decisions and not he himself. If these decisions are truly his then it must be bloody easy to get a job in Sugar's company. Norma

How else does it explain some of his curious (to say the least) decisions...? I still cant get my head around him choosing the rather useless Michelle over "The Badger" in series two... And look how that ultimately ended up..... I rather think the producers have more say over who stays and who goes and WHEN they go than Surallan does, in a real business situation, Surallan would be listening to his advisors when they continually tell him than a person is a "waste of space". "The Apprentice" is no more 'real' than "The Office", it's just pure entertainment... "Dragon's Den" has far more authenticity and credibility as a proper business show....

Every week when she's with the likes of Alex and Michael it's almost as if she doesn't care and never even tries, yet as soon as she's with the decent people she all of a sudden works her arse off and is excellent.... A decent person would try their hardest all the time, like Michael (his hardest may be an appalling level but he still does), she just doesn't, and is rude as well, espeially in the Marakesh task.

But, hey, she makes good Telly doesn't she...? -_- And just what the fukk does Alex contribute other than pouting and being a pretty boy to get DA LAYDEEEEEEEEZZ wet...? He's been on the losing side no less than SIX TIMES FFS!!!!! This show is absolutely ALL about image and good Telly than finding someone who's good in an actual professional situation.... Absolutely NONE of this lot would qualify for even the lowest admin or sales position in any realistic business environment.....
