I have very strong criterions of considering whether song flops or not. But yeah maybe "flop" isn't really suitable here. So probably "fail".

 

And look at the world today. When Fever was released there wasn't spread the service such as downloading...

Its silly to call Kylie's last few singles flops! #4 & #5 flops?...no! But i see what some people mean...that her singles didn't really go top 3 and the fact that she never had a #1 single from a comeback that was highly anticipated. I'm still surprised that X didn't chart higher than #4!
