it also occurred on 01/06/91 with the same two, Kylie new at #10 with Shocked and Dannii static at #11 with Success. It then happened again on 16/02/02 with Kylie at #44 with Can't Get You Out Of My Head and Dannii at #45 with Who Do You Love Now (Stringer). It nearly happened again on on 11/10/97 when Kylie was at #64 and Dannii at #66, on 12/01/02 with Dannii at #19 and Kylie at #21 and on 25/01/03 with Kylie at #73 and Dannii at #75.
