April 23, 200916 yr That would be brilliant! Had a little search around after I saw your post, but had no luck, so it would be appreciated :D
April 23, 200916 yr Doneee ^_^ eep such goodness :o I really need to download his other albums. Only got this and 'The Magic Position'.
April 23, 200916 yr Definitely download his other albums! I think The Magic Position is my least favourite of his. Lycanthropy and Wind in the Wires are both amazing albums  Although admittedly, I only really got into his music the end of last year/ beginning of this year :heehee:
April 23, 200916 yr I remember getting 'Magic Position' when he released it as a single. Still find it rather funny it charted at 69 haha. His just one of those artists I keep meaning to check out but for some reason never get round to it. Like Sufjan Stevens for example. but back to this. 'Oblivion' is EPIC <3 and his voice on 'The Bachelor' is proper excellent :o
April 24, 200916 yr This is absolutely stunning. I should have never worried. I LOVE YOU PATRICK WOLF.
April 24, 200916 yr THAT... WAS... AMAZING... one of the best albums this year, every track so good  this is going to get some major listens from me!!!
April 25, 200916 yr The last tracks of the albums don't sound appealing unfortunately yet... need another 10 times of listening. Oblivion, Hard Times, Damaris and Blackdown are so far my favourites in the order! Edited April 25, 200916 yr by Romeo Af Ugglas
May 7, 200916 yr Gah. I'm in love. How amazing is this album? I have a feeling critics aren't going to dig it as it does get a BIT indulgent at times (Who Will? for instance), but overall it just works so well as an album. Definitely one of his most consistent.
May 7, 200916 yr Loving this currently! So pleased that "Hard Times" is going to be the next single - please, please a CD single release Mr. Wolf with amazing B-sides!!
May 27, 200916 yr Hard Times video has premiered. It's on NME at the moment. HERE In a statement the flamboyant frontman explained that the video was a tribute to Elvis Presley and German performer Klaus Nomi. "For me this video is my homage to two of my biggest heroes, Elvis Presley and Klaus Nomi," he said. "I always wondered what both of those geniuses would be doing if they were both still with us. "Elvis and Klaus were some of the greatest radical visionaries the world has ever seen, never forget them. This is my first music video shot outside of the United Kingdom, filmed all on Pier 52, I think, on Manhattan island, a couple of piers down from the home of Studio 54. "The outfit I am wearing was made by my long term collaborator Ada Zanditon out of bin bags from Whitechapel Market in London, flown to New York in its own suitcase at great excess baggage cost." http://i43.tinypic.com/ieqedk.jpg
May 27, 200916 yr It's kwl. But doesn't really fit the song...HUGE improvement over Vulture though haha. Reminds me a lot of La Roux, strangely.
May 28, 200916 yr anyone heard the Hard Times remix by Alec Empire  even better than the proper version, and the proper version is amazing!!
August 19, 200915 yr probaly will see him at Reading next week ;) Make sure you do :D He's a great live performer. I'd never heard of him when I saw him supporting Arcade Fire a couple years ago and he got a brilliant reception. I've been a fan ever since :cheer:

August 19, 200915 yr This guy is repulsive. Did anybody see the video of him throwing a massive epi on stage the other week and literally chucking half of the props and and the band's instruments at somebody who was stage side because they turned the PA off? Hideous to watch.
