SEB can't be used because she's still in my NF :lol: As for Madonna it depends who mentioned her first, and I definitely recall someone mentioning they'd enter Give It 2 Me quite early on but I forget who...

i've just been looking at the posting dates and if you look at the posting information i announced i would be using her on May 12 but brunoboi confirmed the day after in the Shadow national thread so i think i can use her now
I was aware of all of those but the way I see it is they are not 'out of bounds' until they have actually been chosen to enter the competition. So why not make it first come first serve? I'm not going to rule out every single artist which is being considered in another country's national final as the majority of those artists won't be picked by the other country.
If I decide I would like to enter Madonna, Gabriella or Sophie then I'll chat to the other guys who chose those artists, if they chose before me and also want to enter the artist then I'll let them have her but if I picked them first then I think I should have dibs on her. Everyone's happy ^_^

Utopia are very disappointed that they were unable to vote in BJSC#6. They are also disappointed that BuzzJack-type female artist Ida Maria who released a single just last week appears in exactly ZERO personal charts (apart from mine). As a result they have decided to educate the members of BuzzJack and 'Queen Of The World' will represent them at BJSC#7!
The Triodopolis selection commitee are considering holding a 'BuzzBeach' concert in June, for touring acts from around the world of BuzzJack to perform at, on their way to BJSC7. Plans are expected to be announced sometime next week, along with the nominees for Triodopolis' assault on BJSC7.
FSR Rontvia will hope to follows its 4 consecutive top ten finishes with a fifth in BJSC7 in June...though the song is not known yet, the artist representing Rontvia is now known to be:
