Yes, it is quite :kink: Gifted is amaze but I think I'll give Santogold a rest for a month or so...

I guess you aren't exactly afraid of taking risks. I don't know if I could send a song featuring rap without pre-qualification. Santogold isn't really the main focus on 'Gifted', Kanye and Lykke Li are more prominent I think.

Well it's just that female Scandinavian pop is something I expect from you or Angelicland. But who said we all have to stick to one sound? It's just not what I usually go for.

Swedes tend to vote for their favourite artists rather than their favourite song and I (usually thanks to the stupid juries fawning over the big names) so I think Release Me would have failed to win

 

I can't see Maria/Sahlene winning at all...I see them coming 5th or 6th if they even get to the finals...there are some seriously big names there this year (big in Sweden anyway)

I think Agnes will win tbh, but I think Rosanna is still strong enough to make a good challenge. Its not all completely the same.

Variation is good, I gave Pixie points. Scandi-pop isnt really my thing, of course Robyn is an exception, I can only think of Maria/Mira, Sibel and Isabel Guzman who have received points from me in the final. There coule be more but generally they are the sort of songs that are nice enough but get dropped by me.

Maria and Mira wasn't typical Scandi-pop though I suppose...Mine All Mine owes more to the cod-60's sound of Duffy/Winehouse/Spiteri etc...

Yeah, that's why I voted for it. It's not exactly like Sanna, Charlotte Perrelli, Velvet etc. Actually, I just remembered I gave September points too, she's not too far from this kind of music.

 

I think it might have been that she sounded like someone else that I liked her, maybe it was Delta. :thinking:

There's something about Gameboy which makes me love/hate it. I think it will do alright but she has better songs.
