It's two days late but there is another new #1. The Pigeon Detectives reign at the top is cut short by an album cut from LCD Soundsystem. What? I hear you cry. Well said cut is the soundtrack from the GTA4 ad doing the rounds and I have been absolutely speelbound by it everytime it has been on. Otherwise it's a fairly static chart only one other new entry at #19 where The Vines have a track from their forthcoming Greatest Hits. The other big winner this week is new band Cage the Elephant. Their In One Ear is proving to be a real grower.

 

So will LCDS get a 2nd week or will the chain of one week wonders continue?
