Each star represent a city of Mulgracia with the Capital City, Sgarameet's coat of Arms taking centre stage above them.

I've been meaning to "streamline" my flag for a while now, and as I'm so excited about my upcoming entry I thought now was the time (plus the fact this topic has been bumped).
