Salford boy/girl garage pop duo, Jules de Martino & Katie White were amongst the front runners in the BBC's 'Sound for 2008' poll. The Tings Tings were the hottest ticket in their (home)town û their house parties at their Islington Mill apartment the place to be. It wasn't long before record companies were alerted and also attending, the duo subsequently signed a deal with SonyBMG. - HMV

What's with the dog barking in the background of it?

They are more woo woos I think

I Decided and I Kissed A Girl should do so soon as they are currently being given rotation on music channels and I'm sure Radio 1 will lap them both up. ^_^

I don't see We Break The Dawn and Energy doing too good unfortunately though. :( Just Dance should be a huge summer #01 when it's released in August, same with When I Grow Up when its released in September and Disturbia we won't get until after Rehab is released which is annoying.

I think if Michelle and Keri get released in the UK they'll get Radio 1 support. Hopefully.

I cant understand why they're releasing Rehab. Its an "old" song, and its another ballad from her right after Take A Bow. R1 has yet to playlist it. Disturbia would do a lot better.

Yes, but a few days ago I heard it on Capital FM.

Straight out of Nefyn, North Wales, (Aimee Anne) Duffy's smoky retro-soul has earned her comparisons with blue-eyed soul legend, Dusty Springfield. Voted the second hottest new talent in the BBC's 'Sound for 2008' poll after fellow soul girl Adele, her debut album ROCKFERRY features Bernard Butler (Suede, McAlmont & Butler) as performer and co-writer. - HMV

Breakin' Dishes or Disturbia for me :cheer:

Without R1 it'll flop, simple as that. Not to mention there is no video, right?

It has not been confirmed if the video has been shot, or if it has been cancelled. ^_^

I'm thinking it will just be a live video ...
