June 4, 200620 yr Can i just backtrack to Loleatta Holloway???? JK & Joel got things wrong (quelle surprise!!!) They pronounced the name as "Lolita" its not, its "Lol-et-ta". Both Pete Tong and Judge Jules love this song - wrong. Pete Tong supported the Eddie Thoneick version and Jules supported this one. There was a bit of conflict within the Radio 1 studio!! This did not sample "Ride On Time". Ride on Time sampled THIS. This is an original song from the 70's. This is the orignal :o Really Thank you j-jay

June 4, 200620 yr 18 (from 12) Christina Millian - Say I http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/9857779.JPG It was on the recommendation of Antonio "L.A." Reid that Christina first met Cool & Dre. Listening to Milian's first single 'Say I', you quickly hear that she made the right choice. From the moment the hypnotic opening of 'Say I' begins to soar one realises that this is a brand new day in dance music. More than just a hit song, 'Say I' is an uplifting anthem that also features the southern drawl of celebrated rapper Young Jeezy on the hook. With its orchestrated music and a classic sample of Jackie Moore's 'Sweet Charlie Babe', the high energy of 'Say I' is pure sonic caffeine. Discuss here
June 4, 200620 yr 17 (from 11) SOMEBODY'S WATCHING ME - BEATFREAKZ http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/data113cds.JPG Originally released in 1984 by Rockwell, 'Somebody's Watching Me' featured the vocal talent of a certain 'King of Pop' Michael Jackson. Sampling the eighties anthem, Hi_Tack, who produced the tracks radio edit, loop up the vocal hook in an Eric Prydz style to create a slab of dancefloor genius. - HMV track listing 1. June 4, 200620 yr 30 Michael Jackson - You are not alone With apologies to Casey Kasem the chart reissues of Jacko past hits get smaller as the releases get more and more forgotten by the public. This tune was originally released in 1995 and was Jacko last US #1. The video featured his then wife Lisa Marie Presley appearing somewhat naked throughout the song. Also why did MJ's record comany didn't reissue his collaborarion with her sister Janet called "Scream" which is the reportedly the most expensive clip ever made.
