Well no fear, because I lost the respect I had for you long ago. The Katy insults actually had a basis -

Well, my Frankie insults have a basis... The basis being having to suffer her chidlish tantrums and total lack of intellect or professionalism on "...Buzzcocks" last night.... :P Stupid, insipid little girls who conform to the stereotype like Frankie and Katy give a bad name to real Female Artists such as Amanda Palmer, Shirley Manson, Tori Amos and Alison Goldfrapp who have found it a hard enough struggle to be taken seriously in the male-dominated music business.....

Frankie Sandford....? Basically she's on a level with Jordan or Jodie Marsh, last night proved that one.... As someone once said, "Better to stay silent and be thought of as a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt..."... Not sure if the quote is 100% correct, but you get the gist, Frankie removed all doubt.... :P

she has NO personality at all, therefore it is perfectly reasonable to attack her personality, which is one of being childish and stupid

I hate to be pedantic but this is an epic contradiction.

No, you're still the tw@t.

I think you seem to be forgetting that this programme is what's known as EDITED.

Frankie acted like any 19 year old would. I am infact 19 and she was like most of my friends and they are not airheads.

I agree, it didn't shed the best light on her. But in no way did it make her look as bad as you are making out.

I might have known that the pair of you would have come in here and mouthed off, even if she'd have done one tiny little thing.

And what makes me laugh the most is that you two blatantly watched the show even more closely because she was on it.

It's pathetic that you sat there thinking "Go on love, make a fool of yourself and prove me right".

As for the not knowing the lyrics part, you know full well that she didn't write those lyrics.

He also gave her the lyrics to one of the hardest lines and the part of the song she didn't sing.

And your girlfriend's only 6 months older than Frankie... who's not much older than Jark... and you're almost twice his age...

Niiiice.

i watch buzzcocks regardless of whos on it.... always have.

so the programme was EDITED was it?... so what did they edit out? her screaming intellect? so she DIDNT say all those stupid things? they were dubbed on?... ffs...

SHE IS AN AIRHEAD.... if you can prove me wrong by finding something on youtube then please do!

acting like any 19 year old would?... ffs wot planet are you on? planet 'no brain'?. theres plenty of people here on bj younger who can express themselves perfectly adult like... even jark is expressing his opinions in a mainly adult fashion which is not what frankie did.

check out 'mr crowleys' posts, hes 18 and can pass an intelligent opinion with humour... why cant fwankie?...

if clare was half as DUMB as fwankie we would not be together... im 51, shes 20... problem?

unfortunately, you are right. shes another 'wag'.

i have to say, up has grown on me in epic proportions in the past 2weeks. so much so its gone from 'Vomit inducing' to 'Actually pretty damn good'

For someone who's laying in to someone for apparently lacking intellect and a brain, you're seeming pretty hypocritical using "wot" instead of "what".

And as if I'm going to go searching through youtube to find you videos of Frankie, I don't need to prove anything to you.

Your view on her is not going change even if I did, so there's really no point in that anyway,

My view on Frankie is not going to change because someone with a different year of birth decides to tell me otherwise.

I don't really mind you calling her all the names that you do, because you're making yourself look petty.

I just think it's laughable that after a good 3/4 months, you're still here going on about the same c**p.

But you're bumping the thread, so carry on if you must... nobody apart from your Scottish friend cares about your opinion anyway.

she is supposed to be a pop star, in the business for 6 years now.. not only doesnt she know the lines to a song she has performed dozens of times, but she compounds her stupidity by asking 'which bit of the song'?.

19? ... no excuse, at 19 kate bush was already estabalishing herself as our greatest ever female singer sonwriter. siouxsie sioux was creating a whole new look, iconic, and a new musical sound that would become known as 'goth'. madonna even was carving out the beginnings of a successful career and could hold down interviews.

man... her appearance on the show last night was pitiful, it was embarrassing, ...

I thought Frankie was funny last night :)

But then I suppose I just have a sense of humour perhaps? :L

Er, I've been watching "Never Mind The Buzzcocks" since it started mate, so shut up on that score.... I've seen plenty of Pop artists go on that show, a LOT of whom I haven't liked their music, but I actually had respect for as people once they'd gone on the show, even Kenzie was a bit of a laugh, a bit of a "Tim, nice but dim" type really.... Frankie Sandford on the other hand... I honestly have to say was the biggest moron since Donny Tourette (you know the so-called "Punk Rocker", well, I like a bit of Punk Rock, but I cant stand that tw@t, or his cr@p band).... Honestly, it's a close run thing of who the biggest prat actually is out of those two.... So, I'm certainly playing no favourites here.... A tw@t is a tw@t regardless of the musical genre.... And whether she wrote the lyrics or not is irrelevant.... As indeed is it not being her "part".. An actual singer has to be aware of all the parts of a song so that they know where to come in... A friend of mine has sung on stage in musicals (none of which she wrote herself by the way....), and is currently studying at acting school and for her to NOT know all the parts of a song, regardless of whether they are hers or not would be absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.....

Your last paragraph is pretty fukkin' contemptable actually... You have absolutely NO CLUE of what Rob and Clare's relationship is, yet you feel that you have a right to comment on something you know absolutely FUKK ALL about.....

The line "You Think I'm Crazy" is not blatantly obvious to anyone.

It's a line that's been used, in many variations, uncountable times before.

I said this before, but if Simon would have said "If This Is Love" then for sure she'd have got it.

And he used "Mamma Mia" as a song for Dominic, so don't say that they'd have made it too easy.

And that wasn't an interview, she was taking part in a music quiz.

In the parts that he was "interviewing" her as such, she was fine.

I just can't believe how bothered you are about it.

Maybe it was embarrassing for her, but how does it affect you?

but it was YOU who said frankie isnt an airhead, then had a go at me for my 'lack of evidence', i think its only fair that you present your evidence to the contrary... if im wrong.

'my view wont change'?.. WRONG! i cannot refute EVIDENCE, so find me the evidence that presents her to be something other then a dumb bimbo and ill accept it!

i wouldnt expect you to change your mind because someone older then you has a different opinion. id expect you (assuming a degree of intellect here) would take on board any oposing view and sus it out for yourself...

its not so much calling her names, as offering a pertainent discription of her actions last night.

what grieves me most, is that so many young people accept this SH1T ... our great british musical heritage wasnt built on this c**p at all...

He knows "FUKK ALL" about Frankie or The Saturdays, yet still throws his sly little comments about.

Everyone can get personal you know, not just people who think they know it all.

And you shut up on this score, this is the POP thread. You keep going on about these "Punk/Rock legends" like we actually give a sh!t.

If we wanted to learn about all of this c**p you're listening to, I'm sure we'd find our way into that part of the forum.

However, this is discussing The Saturdays, Their new single and their new POP album.

'my view wont change'?.. WRONG! i cannot refute EVIDENCE, so find me the evidence that presents her to be something other then a dumb bimbo and ill accept it!

Your view didn't change on "If This Is Love" yet that peaked within the top 10 and had a pretty good run for a debut...

tbh, i thought he was quoting gnarles barkley, but then again i dont know the lyrics to itil.

i strongly suspect though that it was a put up question, and if frankie had said itil, anstil would have said 'no, gnarles barkley'.. but she ruined it by saying 'which bit' ... somebody clever with sus would know when to shup up and smile.

im here as a life long music fan... it affects me because i dont want to see manufactured rubbish dominating our charts. i have an opinion on it...right? music should be fresh, inovative, not disposable.

i expected it to peak top ten, its chart run was exactly what i and others expected, it was and still is a poor pop song... what is there there to change?

But you're not going to change it, so why bother?

I argue back because I enjoy the music.

I just don't understand why you'd waste so much time getting your point across to people who don't care.

You've got Grimly agreeing with you and he's the only one who would actually listen to you, you've succeeded, why not just stop?

its an open forum, for all to express views... i could say the same for the 'pro-saturdays', why go on and on about how amazing they are? if you read through youll see that i have only started 1 fresh post, others were all replying/adrressing issues raised.

said it before... good forums are those that debate issues/topics, not arse licking ones.

I thought Frankie was funny last night :)

But then I suppose I just have a sense of humour perhaps? :L

What was it that she said that was funny then? Actually forget that what did she say that actually appropriate to the current conversation?

Sorry but to me she just came across to me as a whole lot of nothing who didn't even understand anyone elses jokes let alone say anything remotely funny or interesting!

Yeah, 6 years, and showing such deep unprofessionalism, it's really pathetic....

Kate Bush was actually 16 when she wrote "Wuthering Heights".... Siouxsie Sioux was around 18 when she started performing with The Banshees... Ash were all incredibly young as well when they started out, their first (excellent) full-length album came out when they were all 17, and even then Tim Wheeler was capable of writing incredible, catchy Indie Pop tunes which the likes of Fightstar or Good Charlotte would sell their souls to be able to write.... What does age have to do with good music and showing a bit of bloody professionalism...?

Madonna, it has to be said, was a bit older, I'm pretty sure she was about 22/23 when she started out with the likes of "Lucky Star" and "Borderline", but yeah, she sure knew how to conduct herself....
