Where have people gotten this notion from that The Killers are being added today? It's being added in America yes as was reported but no word on the UK yet. I'd have expected they'd wait til nearer release time. Different record labels, different promotion strategies.

Oh and I've just noticed... Platnum are doing VERY well, (Not released until next week physically) so maybe thats why it's the one on Classic Big Tunes Charting and adding the Radio Edit nearer the physical release time... ;)

It clearly stated as News on the Killers official website on September 15th:

 

"The album's first single, "Human", will debut worldwide on September 22nd (which did occur), and the digital single will be released September 30th."

 

Seeing how the first part of the sentence was referring to worldwide radio play, then it was grammatically logical to take it as green that the second part of the sentence was referring to a worldwide release.

 

Hence why a number of media sources/sites had the Killers as a serious chart contender this week.

 

Only in today's News update (30th September) does it have the update regarding the Itunes release in Canada & the USA & the Nov 10th digital UK release.

if people even notice the radio edit's out that is...they'll probably continue to download the Big Tunes version

Gutted the Killers aren't releasing until November! :o

But at least that means more people will buy it at the beginning, as more will have heard it - meaning a higher chart position :cheer:
