September 7, 200817 yr I've heard 'Paper Planes' is #69 this week, well she hasn't beat the #66 peak of 'Jimmy' yet but hopefully she will next week. :D
September 7, 200817 yr Thanks for the top 75s. Shame for Sonny J and Chicane. Does anyone have this week's airplay charts?
September 7, 200817 yr * I've heard this rumour that Rihanna's record company are appealing against the Pussycat Dolls chart position being at #3 tonight and the OCC are investigating due to an alleged unfair sales overtaking manoeuvre, which could result in a chart deduction of two places. (* and waits to see if other members get this afternoon's rather ironically topical joke to this post)
September 7, 200817 yr I'm starting to have the horrible thought that Katy Perry will still be #1 by December <_< All three Alphabeat songs in the top 75 though! I really hope Sonny J gets top 40 next week but I think it's already peaked :(
September 7, 200817 yr I'm sooo hopeful about M.I.A.'s climbing into the Top40! Has she a real chance, how do you think?
September 7, 200817 yr Author I'm sooo hopeful about M.I.A.'s climbing into the Top40! Has she a real chance, how do you think? Impossible to tell at the moment
September 7, 200817 yr I'm sooo hopeful about M.I.A.'s climbing into the Top40! Has she a real chance, how do you think? I think if she keeps climbing up iTunes then she can do it, but if she sticks around where she is now I expect it to reach about #45. It's getting a full re-release in late October apparently.
September 7, 200817 yr It's early date. Radio 1 haven't playlisted yet, nor other UK stations or TV. Lots of time still to go.
September 7, 200817 yr What a flop for New Kids On The Block - Greatest Hits! Not even top 75 in the albums!
September 7, 200817 yr Author Album chart next week will have the Mercury Awards effect, a lot of old albums will probably go back up, there be hardly any new albums in the chart apart from a few.
