That doesnt mean she thinks its better than their completely ORIGINAL material though.

 

But myns an opinion too, my opinion is that anyone who thinks girls is one of the sugababes best songs is undermining their other work.

Well I would agree that many people don't find Girls up to the standard of their previous lead singles, but is that undermining them? Not really; it's no discredit whatsoever to About You Now or Easy if you love Girls. They're different songs...

Exactly but if you are saying girls is one of their best songs, you are comparing it to other songs eg AYN.

This is rising too quickly, too early IMO. Not sure about this no.1 that everyone's going on about anyway.

I think it's rising at just the right pace ^_^ Some songs race up to #1 within two days and then can't sustain it; by climbing at this pace it should be Top 15 on iTunes by the end of today, chart within the Top 10 of the singles chart next week, and then get a big boost thanks to Strictly.

I have to say I agree with Robintime. Although I wouldn't put it quite like that, but spitting out utter rubbish like this does tarnish some of the great songs they've had from their back catalogue.

Well I fail to see how it could possibly do so. It's as simple as if you don't like Girls, appreciate the songs you do like. The existence of Girls does nothing to 'tarnish' those songs. :/
