I'm not a fan of the cover artwork (mostly because of the font) but I love all the clips of the album I've heard!

To me I thought Tangled Up was really rubbish but these clips sound promising.

 

I don't see many similarities either tbh :(

The Loving Kind, Untouchable and Love Is Pain sound amazing, loving hearing lots of Nicola on these clips!

I won't listen to clips, I don't want to ruin the excitement of listening to full songs for the first time when I get the album!

 

And Popjustice said not to listen to the clips cause they didn't chose the best bits and it's far from sounding as amazing as the songs really are!

i never listen to clips either. I remember when I got TU, I put Call The Shots on first as I knew it, put random on, so I wouldn't choose the first unheard track, and bang! I was hit with Girl Overboard :heart:

 

Any sign of the fan edition on the official yet? They've added the normal OoC to the shop.

The clips are nice, much improved on the vocal front - but i think that was expected. I get what PJ was saying though, as one of the clips has NO vocals on it ... whats the point in that?!

 

Cant wait now though, 1 and a half weeks!

Oh lord, I just spent about 10 mins writing a review of the clips and then the sod froze on me!

 

To sum up briefly, the opening third or so sounded awful, the middle third very good and the last third a little dull, except the closer...

 

Will obviously reserve judgement for the full songs, since clips are so often misleading.

Love the Girls A Loud cover, although it looks like the tracklist is a bit confused. It says on the front that no songs are from Chemistry tour, but over on the official it says there are on the tracklist.

i LOVE the back cover, but i love the front too!

I saw the cover for The Promise in HMV yesterday and I was thinking it looks MUCH better in the CD Sleeve :lol: but it's still a tacky font and rubbish! So maybe the same is with the Album Cover...

Indeed, this 7'' vinyl looks great now its bigger. Oh btw, im on over 4,000 posts now - rather proud actually!

I love GA so i'll definately be getting the album. But i have to say that the cover of both the single and album are absolutely HIDIOUS. Whoever designed them needs a slap :o ;)

All sounding good so far.

The back cover's not very good at all but the main cover is growing on me. As far as the actual album goes, i love it from these clips, The Loving Kind potentially be one of my favourites from all GA songs.
