Hmmm its still only the first week of downloads for her though, i'm not too worried yet.

 

7digital have leona down for 20th of october which is monday.

I reckon GA could have the #1 over Leona next week. They have the X Factor and physicals behind them this week. Coming from someone who prefers Leona's song, I just don't think Leona will be as huge with no X Factor launch, though I'm glad this is her first single with no major show to back it on it's first week in the UK.

I don't think Leona's song will be as popular as her last few though imo it's definitely the best song she's released, I'm quite sure at the moment that GA will probably climb up to #1 quite quickly on iTunes and be #1 next week.

On Irish iTunes The Promise is upto #38 already, Forgive Me is #13, both added earlier. Not sure what relevance that has to the UK or this discussion though ;)

 

And when I checked earlier Forgive Me was still not available to purchase on UK iTunes until November 3rd.

How do you find that out though? I cant find any future release dates on itunes.

 

Thats quite amazing for GA to be 38 in a day on itunes because they dont usually do that well in ireland do they?

Oh actually, you are right, if you go onto the irish itunes and try and download the version thats number 13 by leona, it says it will be available on 3rd of november.

 

The promise is scheduled to go on on the 19th like it should.
