have listened once over to everything in both semis (because I'm curious :P)

 

there are 16 songs I would consider giving points to in my semi (1) but only 9 I like in semi-2

 

FSR Rontvia always ends up in the ridiculously hard semi :heehee:

I know it is the nature of the draw but I've got to say I think this is the most uneven Semi Finals I've seen so far in this competition.

 

SF1 is a killer, I think there are going to be a handful of songs that will fail to reach the Final in SF1 that would have breezed through if they had been in SF2.

like you say it really is luck of the draw...I always feel that a strong enough song will make it regardless of which semi its in...although I do agree that the final might not be as strong as it could have been if some deadwood from semi-2 gets through because people only found five songs they liked, like Martin said before...

 

anyway, I have now picked my ten songs I think, which I had to whittle down from 14, which included my 10 pointer and all of my 9's and 8's...so four songs that I ranked 8 out of 10 will get nothing from me :cry:

So far...out of the first four songs in SF1...my lowest rated song is worth 90% eek

 

If done in the last contest they would have go 98% or higher...but i've had to lower how much they score because the standard is blatently so high :lol:

The Show is a fantastic pop song which is one of only about three songs I'm upset that I can't help into the final from Semi-2

Semi 2 doesn't look that bad imo :mellow: Suppose it all comes down to taste though ^_^
