(tenpole tudor) yes I have heard it, but Believe was a complete career re-invention from someone who had been faltering before that, low top ten hits but nothing more Flying Without Wings is head and shoulders above everything else Westlife have ever recorded in terms of 'songs that will be remembered 20 years from now' both in my opinion of course ^_^

October 23, 200816 yr Author yes I specifically picked that one so it qualified as retro :lol: I think Believe is a brilliant track, a classic Xenomania production before they shifted their attention to Girls Aloud, it is infact the song that got me into music properly I used to like some songs but never bought anything/listened to the charts until I heard Believe in late 1998 and decided that I should start paying more attention to the music industry :o fair play m8 :)

(tenpole tudor) I loved "Believe", but One By One was fantastic, and has sadly been largely forgotten. As for Westlife.... If they ever had one good song (although I think they only ever had one song but released it 20 times with slightly different words!) then "Flying Without Wings" would not qualify. In fact, I think it's the worst of their p*** poor so called material. As for the topic: B*Witched - Blame It On The Weatherman. Great track, the rest of their output was rubbish though

I've only heard two songs by Alanis ('Thank U' and 'Ironic') and I love them so maybe she is a '$h!t artist' but she has at least two good songs imo. I can't really think of any myself, I agree about 'To You I Belong' for B*Witched but I still listen to their other songs when I'm in the mood for some CHEESE. :lol:
