IIWAB is so average. If it scraped the top 10 i wouldn't complain because thats what it deserves but i can't believe its done so well already. On the other hand Britney deserves top 3 imo compared to her other stuff, but none of these songs are exceptional. I actually loved Beyonce before, and she was perhaps the only underrated american, female artist on BJ, but this is just meh...

Sales doesn't actually reflect how good the song is and doesn't always reflect popularity...It all depends on how well a song is marketed and advertised in most cases!

 

 

That's my point actually.... Of course you can have your opinion or tastes in music, I do have mine! But you cannot make everybody's opinion be like yours! And just because YOU would prefer "X" song to be higher, you can't be like "Oh god! how could this be above that???"... Respect what other people like and say what you would like the chart to be, not how it SHOULD be!

i think womanizer is one of the worst and most annoying songs ive ever heard. there's some siren noise in the song that just grates on me. i noticed it once and now when i hear that song i wanna smack my head on a wall til it goes away. on the other hand, im not a fan of beyonce at all. the first time i heard IIWAB or whatever its called, i hated it, but jheard it t'other day and its growing on me. but i will be saving my 79p or whatever it is til leona comes out 2moz, shes the true star hehe, god im gonna be hated

It's not a cover version as the BC Jean version has never been released making it a "demo". If a demo = cover version then Rihanna has had a career built on cover versions.

In reference to the Beyonce v Britney battle: For all you know Beyonce might just be ahead because it was available on iTunes by a couple of hours earlier than Britney.

 

It is still early days and will be very interesting to see how things progress across the week especially with Leona added to the mix.
