What is everyone's favourite type of music. I want to find out to see if it is a true reflection on the charts. In my opinon I think RnB, Pop and Dance will be the favourites, even though my favourite is rock/indie

 

At a guess, i say RnB, Pop and Dance are the dominant music taste of Buzzjack, there is a fair

few indie/rock fans though but they seem to be in the minority rather than the majority on here.

 

my FAVOURITE genre is proberly Punk or Ska, maybe even Ska Punk actually :lol:

my fave music is: House, pop, indie, rnb, rock, metal, hip-hop, techno, dance, I love all types of music. :)

My faves: Dance, Trance, Pop, RnB, Hip Hop, Rock (but not really indie)

My taste changes all the time.

 

In 2006 it was Pop/R&B with Rock thrown in (solely from my Evanescence obsession)

In 2007 Dance became my favourite by far, which became my favourite genre by far, and i stopped liking rock.

2008 i started liking Pop/R&B a bit less and started liking soft rock/mainstream indie, if thats possible :P

Favourites are probably indie/ rock. I'm liking R&B and specialist music more though :D

(What would people define M.I.A. as? Alternative?) :unsure:

Hard-rock (none of that indie tripe) and metal are my favs.

 

I like music which actually requires proper talent to make, and has a degree of technical complexity about it. The single charts at the moment offer next to none of that, but the album charts can still throw up the odd gem (See: AC/DC and Metallica).

My favourites are:

Rock, Techno, Trance and lots of music from Europe except the novelty stuff.

 

Bands such as Within Temptation, HIM, Scooter, Hooverphonic, Die Arzte, Silbermond, Rosenstolz, Basshunter, Bell Book & Candle etc.

 

In the 90s I was a big Techno fan with acts such as:

Interactive, Intermission, Masterboy, Blumchen, 2 Unlimited, X-Perience, Sqeezer, DJ Bobo, Scooter, Culture Beat, Milk Inc. Brooklyn Bounce, Mark'oh, Marusha, Westbam, Twenty 4 Seven, Critical Mass and many more...
