'So What' by far for me, closely followed by 'Take A Bow' and 'I Kissed A Girl'. 'Closer', '4 Minutes', 'American Boy' and 'That's Not My Name' were all decent #01's too.

Ne-Yo - Closer best #1, worst 4 Minutes, Hero, That's Not My Name and Now You're Gone.

Nearly went for Madonna - 4 Minutes, but went GA in the end, because I love them and though I really didn't rate it at first the song's really grown on me. I actually don't think this has been a great year for number ones. Most of the best songs have peaked lower.

The Promise is my fav

Actually I think there will be 2 more to add, Take That and the X Factor winner :P ;) , but for now I say Mercy

Close call between Viva La Vida and 4 Minutes - went with Viva La Vida in the end.

 

Worst is easily Rihanna's Take A Bow... #Very En-ter-tai-ning# Err, no it ain't, love. Take your bitter whining elsewhere. I hope she never does another ballad.

Ting Tings - That's Not My Name!!!! :cheer: My favourite song of the year so far.

 

IMO it is very good year for #1s. Except Rihanna and X-Factor Finalists I like all the songs. Take a Bow and "hero" are awful though. X-Factor Finalists spoil this year at all. <_<

I don't mind about Basshunter and Katy Perry.

I actually don't like any of the rest now; Rihanna/Ting Tings were okay at the time but I don't especially like them now, especially That's Not My Name.

 

Close-call between Kid Rock and Kings Of Leon, but I went for Mr. Rock in the end.

 

Worst is Basshunter, by a mile. Cheapest, chaviest c**p I've ever heard.

I like them all but went for Ne-Yo! :P
