November 13, 200816 yr In stark contrast to the 1970s this is a no brainer for me. If Duran Duran don't win this decade by a landslide there is something wrong, especially when it is taking on A-Ha's worst single IMHO of the 1980s.

November 14, 200816 yr Rita Coolidge? What an odd choice - and the most forgettable theme of all. Duran Duran's was great - alongwith a fabulous video.... Sheena's was weak as p***.... and Gladys Knight... I swear she's singing that she's got a "license to Kilt" not "kill" - awful. A-ha for me this time- great theme.
November 14, 200816 yr Absolutely LOVE Licence To Kill personally :wub: One hell of a voice Gladys has - though it's probably the best thing about the whole movie. A View To A Kill close second. But I have a soft spot for The Living Daylights too. By the way Pet Shop Boys submitted a theme for that one, which later became Jealousy.
