Her voice would suit an orchestral Christmas album so well. As much as we would all love a brand new pop album a gorgeous Christmas album would suit her and her current image/life so much more.

Yeah wouldn’t surprise me at all if it’s a Christmas album, guess it would make sense with all her Xmas tours. Hopefully there’s at least two originals in there, they could also shot Coming Home For Christmas on there too

Also, I thought they got paid more than 4million for the tour? Might just be the money that she put in her company, outside of the money she paid herself from the tour.

 

The perverse side of this (beyond Emma not wanting to pay her tax!!) is that it is usually when some of them need the money that they do go on tour :teresa: It happened in 2019 when Mel C and Mel B both had money issues, and in 2007 when all of their solo projects had dried up... :teresa:

From what I know, there were paid a lump sum by a touring company to do the tour which could well be 5 million, then they took home a percentage from ticket sales and merch while the touring company pocketed the rest which is possibly the 3.9 million? Either way everyone did very well out of it!

According to Chris on Spice Circle, there is no Christmas tour this year from Emma. Speculation is that it is a Christmas album.

 

I would bet she might do the interview/TV shows rounds a bit to promote it, which is the right thing to do but I would hope she would perform it live, damn. I probably woudnt go (lol) but some intimate Christmas gigs could be good to do, I think!

Possibly a one off show somewhere? Or maybe she is going to do something at someone elses show? Seems strange to release an Xmas album when she isn't touring and not when she had the Royal Albert Hall gig or a tour to flog it at!?!?
