November 29, 200816 yr Poor Ruth, she was only second to Alexandra in terms of performance and talent and she certainly didn’t deserve to go tonight. Did Eoghan actually SING that high school musical number? All I heard was the background singers! Can the under 16’s be BANNED from voting in these programmes? The Bolton Warbler was lame as; she just sings everything in the same bizarrely affected way to the point of monotony. I hope the wheels are beginning to come off that bandwagon. JLS, just how did they get through after singing ‘Baby One More Time’? It was absolutely cringe worthy. The second song was pleasant if not memorable.
