I love Anita! :(

She's one of the few decent new characters.

Hollyoaks is terrible at the moment :mellow: I don't like any of the new characters at all.

TRUTH. Hollyoaks seems to be lacking something at the moment, and I can't help but feel that's because most of the newbies are rather bland, $h!t or played by dreadfully incompetent actors.

 

Archie is totally wooden, an annoying character, and worst of all has TERRIBLE skin. Unattractive.

Anita is just DULL. Hayley needs to be recast (the character is good, actress is terrible). Fernando the dance teacher is just HORRIFICALLY bad. And Theresa McQueen remains the Anti-Christ.

 

 

What doesn't help is Hollyoaks have focused on these newbies at the expense of more established characters who are being run into the ground by being given f*** all to do.

Rhys CAN be good, but needs to be given more to do than wander around leering at people. Gilly...does he even exist, did I miss his leaving? Zoe...since the Barnes break-up has she been sighted?

My guess is this Daniel and Abi are plotting to claim the baby for their own. Although why they're so keen for Ste and Amy to reunite I haven't worked out yet...

^ Oh so true. This week has been great so far, but because HO have FINALLY began to focus on the better, established characters again (Calvin, Warren, Nancy, Russ, Carmel, Hannah, Justin), as opposed to the newbies who are without exception pretty RUBBISH.

 

I have to say I'm loving how the Warren/Calvin thing has really stepped up a gear after months of pussyfooting around. Sounds like it's going to get even better

it's all going to start colliding with other big storylines such as Justin/Hannah.

The fight was highly enjoyable, although I wish someone had given Sasha a slap aswell.

Hollyoaks has been very, VERY good this week! Tomorrow's eppy is brilliant too! :D

if there is one thing Hollyoaks does the best out of all the soaps it's these sort of epic story lines. can't wait to see Clare again but it's so obvious for people who don't know that she's coming back that it is her.

 

I guess Louise isn't coming back for a big killing spree then. Mandy needs to come back also. If there is one thing i hate about Hollyoaks is how they start a storyline leave it for weeks and then come back to it or just never touch it like Anita's racism.

 

Can't wait for Mike to find out about Zoe stealing his script but i really don't want Zoe to leave (cause i think she will soon to do a Masters degree at Bournemouth Uni), she's been the best character since Clare left and the sexiest girl since Jessica left.

 

If there is one thing Hollyoaks needs right now is for there to be a brilliant serial killer to kill all the dead wood in the show to make way for some more new and interesting characters. Then Nancy will have some new friends as she also seems to get them.

not sure about Clare coming back in this ep yet, i hope she stays.
