I'm sure Warren's exit will make a good storyline. Apparently it's 'explosive'.

Holy Crap the E4 Episode got 1.41m!

Ratings for Hollyoaks have been getting so much better recently.

For anyone that seen the E4 episode

Silas still has one more game to play for Lynsey and there's still one more murder to happen

 

Hollyoaks really is on top form at the moment and Lynsey has been amazing ... however they're going back down the shitter if they focus on this completely boring Gaz nonsense, it's so DULL and I just don't care.

Agree, it just makes it even more shit juxtaposing it with how amazing Lynsey (especially her, but all involved in the storyline) has been!

They will never learn. The past three exec producers have all been obsessed with shitty teen characters who don't resemble any real life human beings known to man. They're all either ridiculous stereotypes (hello Barney) or just plain unlikable (Annalise) or torturous to watch (George, Jonno). I don't have a problem with Maddie or Sinead really but they're overused and what the hell has happened to Ruby and Esther? Have they fallen off a cliff or what?

I was thinking the same though, Esther is by far the best of the teens they insist of shoving in our faces, along with Sinead.

Really?! I can't stand Sinead personally .... I think Jason and the lesbian one are pretty good though. It's just evident that the older cast members are all much better actors ... although I remember the likes of Amy and Ste not being particularly good when they first started out and then you've got the likes of Theresa who just hasn't gotten better at all and isn't very likely to anytime soon, despite the decent storylines she's given.

The whole Silas plot has really highlighted the GULF between the older cast and the sixth formers/students. Jeff Rawle, Karen Hassan, and even Rob Norbury (who I was never a fan of) have been outstanding these last few episodes. And then we suddenly switch to GAZ and MADDIE and the other sixth formers whom I can't actually name, and it's AWFUL.

Rob Norbury is terrific. He strikes the balance between eye candy and rounded character played by a strong actor really well.

Hollyoaks managed to get a combined rating of 3.1m (Record High in 3 years, that's what everyone in Hollyoaks is talking about, all over twitter and everywhere else.)

Can we just appreciate the new addition for a second?

I'm hoping that Bart, Sinead, Jason and Gaz fall off a cliff or something :D

Just as I predicted, Hollyoaks right back down the shitter with a tedious storyline with characters no one cares about. Shame really.

I'm not even watching this week, I really can't be assed because the only character involved I even remotely like is Sinead!
