As a result of this "duet" Alice finished in the bottom 2 but was saved to go through to the Final.

There was no bottom 2, it was the 2nd semi-finale, with Alice and Gautier ;)

This exactly why I've been worried for Alexandra since it was rumoured that the duet was going to happen. Beyoncé and duet shouldn't go in the same sentence. Despite coming from a girl group and having a duet with Shakira, she seems to be the sort of artist who loves all the attention on her. She wont be nice with Alex either.

Diva + Diva + Stage = Car Crash

The thing with Beyonce is it does not matter what records she makes or who she performs with because this video impression of her is stuck in my head:

Mad TV - Destiny's Child - Beyonce

That Mad TV video is hilarious.

And yeah, it's what I've been pretty much saying all week. Alexandra will be shunned into the shadows tonight by Beyonce.

That's what i've been saying all along, it would have been much better to put Beyonce with JLS instead.

 at Mariah's face at 3:15 !

Shake my head. You know in France everyone was saying that Alice chick couldn't sing. Even the JUDGES of the show were changing songs at the last minute because she couldn't hit the notes. May I ask what exactly Beyonce was to do during the performance because Alice was hardly singing. I could understand if she was and Beyonce was overpowering her but that wasn't the case. Well done Beyonce, she definately saved that performance on Star Academy.
