I'm not sure she'll make it in the official chart though, it's too late this week and the rest of the Woolworths shops will be closing on Monday with 80/90% off on everything (if they're like mine was) and they'll have a lot of Alexandra CDs left.

Agreed it’s too late this week and the final 200+ Woolies closing down on Monday will boost Alexandra's physicals by easily enough to deny Lady Gaga next week. Then Kid Cudi will blatantly blast her down a spot.

I think people are overrating Kid Cudi, I doubt he will get #1. I think GaGa will win it over him.

Fab for Lady Gaga, depending on Alex's physicals next week, she could climb to #1 afterall. I do think if she doesnt do it next week, she'll likely do it the following week. I'd say Kid Cudi DOES have a chance but I reckon its more likely he'll get stuck at #2, especially if Gaga has a hefty lead over the next week or so.

But with all the last Woolworths shops closing next Monday, meaning Alex will have her physicals at their cheapest again, Alex could keep her off next week too. If they closed this Saturday I think GaGa would be able to beat her to the top spot but her sales will probably dip this week and possibly go up again the week after.

 

Hopefully Woolworths will have cleared most of their stock by the end of this chart week (though, in mine, 'Hallelujah' was one of the last things left on the shelves) and Lady GaGa will make it. Otherwise she could be kept from #1 by Beyoncé in the USA and by her X Factor duet partner in the UK. :(
