I watch EE on and off when I am bored out of my wits.

I do think the Christian/Sayid thing was very rushed. It could've been done a lot better but it's like 'oooh wow first gay guy that appears and you get with him'. They have the gay community down to a tee.

 

The actors don't look right together either.

A NEW baby is set to arrive in Albert Square after Zainab Masood falls pregnant in her 40s.

 

The EastEnders mum-of-three is rocked by the news that she is set to have a fourth child.

 

Post office boss Zainab and hubby Masood had thought their child-rearing days were over.

 

The new arrival ends their dreams of becoming independent spirits now their other kids have grown up.

 

The couple had wanted to leave Walford behind and travel the world once their youngest, Tamwar, had finished his A-levels.

 

Masood (Nitin Ganatra) takes it in his stride, but Zainab (Nina Wadia) is furious.

 

A show insider said: "What should be a special moment in their lives is greeted with dismay.

 

"They had hoped to go off and travel and enjoy their new-found freedom now the kids have grown up.

 

"Zainab takes it badly and throws a real tantrum, but Masood is more relaxed about it - even though it was his dream to go off together.

 

"She feels she's done her motherly duties and hates the idea that she'll be a mum when she's in her sixties.

 

"It puts a really dark cloud over the relationship for a while."

 

The pair already have three grown-up kids - daughter Shabnam (Zahra Ahmadi) and sons Syed (Marc Elliott) and Tamwar (Himesh Patel).

 

Shabnam is off travelling, while Syed is in his mid-twenties.

 

But the new offspring will at least have someone to play with in Walford - Heather Trott's baby.

 

Viewers are still in the dark as to who is the daddy.

 

Zainab's pregnancy shock will be seen on the BBC1 soap later this month.
